this painting was fun to create… I was playing with new art supplies & mark-making , and the closer I was to finishing it, all I could think of was “home”, and my “Alberta Roots”.. mountains, prairies, sunsets, depth, and light, line and movement. It’s become a very popular baby gift for a nursery. I feel so honoured that it has a home on so many nursery walls in Alberta, of impressionable young humans!
