UNTAMED came about as I struggled to find my unique voice as an artist and speaks to my personal journey of getting to ‘know thyself’. This painting started the series of six pieces I am currently working on. Untamed speaks to that inner part of ourselves that has always been wild, connected to nature, running barefoot like the animals and longing to be free. To me, she is a Soulful aspect of our inner life.
