Larry Costigan

Most of my career I worked on detailed data analysis because I can hyper-focus on a subject just like I do with my art. Over the years my painting has progressed to the point where I’ve achieved my goal of being published on magazine covers multiple times.

My love of bird dogs has led me become transfixed by their beauty and their inherited traits of Pointing. I believe that my experience with bird dogs has helped me portray them better in my paintings. Painting is something I hope to do for many years to come. I hope to provide people with memories of their canine companions that will live long past their dogs’ short lives.
